Any order placed on us through www.planetoftoys.in can be cancelled by the buyer any time before or after dispatch.

Incase order got cancelled before dispatch we will refund your payment through the same route through which you had made the payment. For the order which has already dispatched and received by you should be return within 5 days from the date of receipt. However, we insist buyer to intimate the reasons of return through portal or e-mail within 24 hours of receipt of goods. In case of goods received in damage or defective conditions, buyer are requested to please post photograph or video of the damage / defective product(s) received by them within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Any return or refund of the order placed initiated after 5 days of receipt of goods by the buyer will not be entertain.

Refund Policy

In the event of client / buyer received damage and / or defective product(s) or not satisfied with the product(s), buyer can initiate return and refund request within 5 days from date of receipt of product(s) and intimate us within 24 hours with supporting image or video.

On receipt of such return / refund request we will initiate return process and will refund the payment through the same route through which payment has been made. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.

The customers are eligible for a full reimbursement within 10 calendar days of the purchase.
